imageWARE Remote is Canon's remote service diagnostic system designed to simplify the management and service of Canon devices.  It will give your machine the ability to 'call for help' when experiencing error codes or paper jams, automate meter readings and even notify Excel of low toner.

This is a destination-specific outbound communication system.  The Canon device sends meters and service diagnostic information to Excel.  This information is protected by industry-standard SSL encyrption.  For more information of the security aspects, check out the Security White Paper.

imageWARE Remtoe allows the Canon to take care of itself.  Meter readings are delivered automatically from the device; you will no longer be required to collect meter readings manually.  The service alerts will be delivered to Excel with advanced diagnostic data.  If the device stops working, the technician will be able to look at the service report and view detailed information about the error code or paper ham.  This allows the technician to be more informed of the issue(s) before he arrives at your office.
